Many people said HK is land of dimsum & wantan noodle...
We did go for both during our trip. But the most memorable meal is not the above...instead the scramble eggs.

I think I have quite a lot of eggs-overdose in HK ^^;
We also been introduced to these dessert stall that have small space but somehow always have long queue (marketing tactic...long queue = good food ;p )
